It helps maintain a comfortable sleeping environment all year round: perfect on its own in spring and fall, paired with a blanket in winter, or as a light layer to guard against air conditioning in summer. Because babies can’t regulate their body temperature well yet, creating a sleep environment that doesn’t trap heat or cause sweating is especially important.
