Our cooling gel uses a two-layer design: the front side features "non-freezing gel" that won’t harden in the freezer, while the back side uses "freezing gel" to maintain coldness longer. When using, place the soft side (the non-freezing gel side with the PUPPAPUPO logo) against the baby’s head or body. *For best results, freeze for 3–8 hours before use.
