In response to feedback such as “Water dripped inside after just one use,” we reviewed the product specifications and upgraded the waterproof performance. The new raincoat now uses fabric with the original water-repellent finish on the outside plus a waterproof seal coating on the inside. Additionally, four areas where water tends to seep in—the neckline, shoulders, armholes, and hood—are now reinforced with waterproof bias tape that covers and secures the seam allowances, making the construction even more resistant to water intrusion.

If the effect fades over time, we recommend using a commercial water-repellent spray.

The water-repellent finish on the surface helps moisture roll off, while the waterproof layer underneath keeps water from seeping through. Water resistance level: 24.0 ft (287.7 in)/ 730.8 cm (7308 mm). This far exceeds the about 16.4 ft (196.9 in)/ 500 cm (5000 mm) typically required to withstand normal rainfall, making it an exceptionally high-performing waterproof fabric.

Small ventilation holes on both sides help reduce moisture buildup, keeping your child comfortable even during the humid rainy season.

The hood features a transparent panel around the face so it won’t block your child’s view, helping keep their face and head dry. The sleeves have elastic cuffs to keep rain and wind out, and there are pockets on both sides for added convenience.
